What will you do?
As a service host, you are Coor's face to the outside world, always keeping your eyes and ears open to catch that little extra of the customer's needs. In this role, guest experience, collaboration, and service will be the absolute focus. In this role, you will work in a team but also independently, where you will make great use of your engagement and your ability to take initiative.
Examples of tasks include:
- Welcoming customers and visitors and delivering star-class service.
- Ensuring that workplaces and meeting rooms are tidy and functioning.
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from both customers and suppliers.
- Responsible for coffee machines.
- Follow-up on error reports.
- Handle simpler IT and property matters.
- Building relationships with suppliers and customers.
Who are you?

To thrive in the role, we see that you have:
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English to communicate with guests and customers.
- Previous experience in a service role, such as in hotels, restaurants, or conferences is an advantage.

About the position
- Employment type: Permanent position.
- Employment rate: full-time 100%.
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 07:00-16:00.
- Start date: As soon as possible/by agreement.
- Probationary period: 6 months.
